Airline, ocean carrier and government rules decide what we can carry. When in doubt, ask before you pack.
Never accepted
- Explosives, fireworks and ammunition
- Firearms and weapon parts
- Illegal drugs and narcotics
- Flammable liquids and gases (fuel, aerosols, lighters)
- Corrosives, poisons and radioactive material
- Counterfeit goods and currency
- Live animals and animal products without permits
- Pornographic material
- Human remains
Restricted — ask first
- Lithium batteries (only installed in devices; loose batteries need approval)
- Perfumes and nail polish (air restrictions apply)
- Medication (prescription and quantity limits)
- Food items (sealed, non-perishable only; declare fully)
- Alcohol and tobacco (duty and licence rules apply)
- Cash, jewellery and precious metals (insurance limits apply)
- Used electronics and vehicles (destination import rules apply)
This list is general guidance and is not exhaustive. Carrier and government regulations change; our compliance team confirms acceptability at booking. Items found during inspection that are prohibited will be held and you will be contacted.
