What the package weighs on our certified scale, rounded up to the nearest 0.5 kg.
Dimensional weight
Length × Width × Height (cm) ÷ divisor. Air freight commonly uses 6,000; the divisor is configured per service by our team.
Billable weight
The greater of the two. Freight = base fee + billable kg × rate per kg, subject to a minimum charge.
