Customs

Customs clearance, explained

We coordinate clearance at both ends so you don't have to — but accurate declarations and documents from you make it fast.

Declare accurately

Describe every item and its value honestly at booking. Under-declaration causes delays, penalties and seizure.

Provide documents

Commercial shipments need a commercial invoice and packing list; personal shipments need an itemised list and ID. Upload them in your account.

Clearance

On arrival your shipment shows 'Customs processing' on tracking. Our team liaises with the authority and brokers until it is released.

Duties & taxes

Assessed by the destination authority based on declared value and category. We invoice them at cost with the official receipt.

Important

What we don't do

We do not publish duty rates, thresholds or regulatory requirements on this website because they change and depend on the item, value and destination. Ask our team for the current position on your specific goods before shipping.

We do not alter declared values. Customs data on your tracking page shows status only; documents are visible in your account.
